Leadership Forecast Series Overview – 2023 – This was a really fun project in which we collaborated with talented animator Jason Yang to bring the Leadership Forecast Series (LFS) to life. The challenge was to engage the viewer by simplifying a potentially complex product through iconography and kinetic animation, and illustrating the interconnected nature of the assessments. Another objective for this project was to convey the key concepts of the product without using on-screen text, to more easily facilitate language localization for a global audience.

Client Testimonial – 2022 – These on-location testimonial videos were filmed in the client’s offices in downtown Chicago. The segments were shot on a Canon C100 cinema camera, and the footage and audio were edited using Adobe After Effects and Audition.

Short Documentary – 2014 – This was a significant project in which we partnered with Tulsa-based The Signal Factory to film in a number of locations including Tulsa, Manhattan, and London. The key objective was to tell the story of personality, and Hogan’s role in legitimizing personality psychology as a science-based approach to organizational potential and leadership.
